VMware Tools in Ubuntu 9.04?

sudo bash ./ubuntu904vmtools.sh
if VMware Tools stopped working using this command for working again
sudo vmware-config-tools.pl -d
fixed mouse after installing vmware tools
What did work for me was to:
sudo apt-get remove xserver-xorg-input-vmmouse
and then
sudo apt-get install xserver-xorg-input-vmmouse
